  • Green chilies—2-3 (finely chopped)

  • Coriander powder tablespoon

  • Cumin powder tablespoon

  • Red chili powder tablespoon

  • Salt—As per taste

  • Garam masala—1 tablespoon

  • Fresh coriander—2 tablespoons (finely chopped)

  • Egg – 1

  • Rice flour or breadcrumbs—2 tablespoons (for binding)

  • Oil—for frying

Method to Prepare Meatballs:

  1. Prepare the minced meat mixture:

    • Take the minced meat in a bowl and add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt, and garam masala.

    • Then, add the egg and fresh coriander and mix everything well.

  2. Shaping the Meatballs:
